Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of a 25.858 acre rectangular-shaped lot with open undulating fields and partially wooded areas. The southern and northwestern portions of the property are heavily wooded. There is a large swale, approximately 30 feet wide and 100 feet long oriented southwest to northeast in the east central area of the Property (possible, former landfill location). Former landfill activities were carried out onsite and are considered a REC. The off-site property to the southeast (Former Mechanic�s Laundry, VRP No. 69080705) is a REC. Dissolved VOCs have been detected in nearest adjacent monitoring well and the plume map extends onto the Property. A possible heating oil UST was once located at the former residence. If necessary, a comprehensive Phase II Subsurface investigation would need to conducted to determine if the Property has been further impacted by the past on-site/off-site operating activities.
