Additional Property Attributes

The property is located on a rectangular-shaped parcel with 0.80 acres and contains three buildings encompassing approximately 30,000 square feet. The southern portion of the Property once operated as a garage and automobile repair shop during the early 1950s. One 280-gallon gasoline UST was noted on the southwest area of Building No. 3 in 1951. Additionally, the near/adjacent property to the south once appeared as an automobile body shop and garage from approximately the early 1950s until the mid 1990S. Based on the use and tendency for environmental impairment associated with the former business operations as this Property and near/adjacent properties, these former business operations are considered a REC and further investigation appears warranted.
