Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of three on-site buildings and one large storage area approximately 1.3 acres. During the time period of 1885-1907, the Property consists of various commercial and small industrial facilities (i.e. coal yards, power plants, oil tank line warehouses, lumber storage warehouse, bottling plants, paint warehouse, etc). From 1925-1951, the Property consists of the Indian Refining Company. From the mid 1960s to the mid 1970s K.E. McConnaughay Inc. occupied the site; a large oil warehouse was identified as part of their business operations. Kennedy and Smith Coal/Indian Refining Company occupied the Property from the mid 1930s and Shambaugh Trucking Company at the site from the 1940s- 1960s. Based on the use and tendency for environmental impairment associated with the former business operations at this Property, the former business operations are considered an REC and further investigation appears warranted.

Former Use: The property consists of three on-site buildings and one large open storage area approximately 1.3 acres.
