Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of an approximately 0.38 rectangular-shaped lot with a single-story residence. The adjacent properties to the east and south, Jim�s Garage Inc. and Farmer Auto Mall (respectively), initially appeared to be potential RECs in relation to the operation of each facility and the distance from the Property. However, there was no evidence of ASTs/USTs during site reconnaissance, and there are no recorded environmental listings (i.e. spills, USTs, LUST incidence, etc.) for the off-site facilities; therefore no further investigation appears warranted. The near/adjacent property to the southeast beyond Borroughs Street was historically a United Oil Service Inc. filling station with a reported LUST incident: 9611504. The site was granted a No Further Action status on December 28, 1998; therefore, this off-site facility is considered an historical REC and no further investigation appears warranted.
