Additional Property Attributes

Magic Glass, Inc. (Magic Glass) repairs and installs automobile, construction and agricultural vehicle windshields. The off-site property to the east (Former Mechanic�s Laundry, VRP No. 6980705) is a REC. In fact, one monitoring well in conjunction with the Former Mechanic�s Laundry is located southwest of the Property building in the asphalt parking lot. It appears that dissolved volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations have been detected in the groundwater from this monitoring well location. Two soil borings were also advanced to the northeast and southwest of the site building; however, no analytical information was available for either soil boring. If necessary, a comprehensive Phase II Subsurface Investigation would need to be conducted to determine if the property has been further impacted by the past off-site operating activities.
