Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of one, two-story steel strand building on a concrete slab that was constructed in the mid 1960s to the early 1970s. The off-site property to the northeast (Former Mechanics Laundry, VRP. No. 69080705) is potential REC. In fact, two protective metal covered monitoring wells in conjunction with the Former Mechanics Laundry facility is located southwest of the Property building in the grass lot. It appears that dissolved volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations were not detected in the groundwater from these monitoring well locations; however one soil boring advanced in the proximity of the monitoring wells did not indicate dissolved concentrations. Two additional soil borings were advanced northeast and northwest of the on-site building; no analytical results were indicated in conjunction with the two northern soil borings.

Former Use: The Property consists of one, two-story steel strand building on a concrete slab that was constructed in the mid 1960s to early 1970s.
