Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately two and quarter acre of nearly level vacant lot. A majority of the lot is covered with grass with a small gravel parking area present along the east side of the Property adjacent to the 9th Street. The south and west property boundaries are lined with mature trees. A quarry operation appears to have operated at the central area of the site during the late 1950s. The off-site property to the south (J&K Matthews/J&T Recovery, Inc./Rutledge Towing 7 Recovery) is a potential REC. The off-site property to northeast (Former Mechanic�s Laundry, VRP No. 69080705) is a potential REC. Dissolved VOCs have been detected in the near/adjacent monitoring wells and soil borings within the Widewater Industrial Park. If necessary, a comprehensive Phase II Subsurface Investigation would need to be conducted to determine if the Property has been further impacted by past off-site operating activities.
