Site was occupied by Westinghouse Electric Supply Company from at least 1961 to 1997. It is unknown if this historical occupant utilized and/or housed polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) oil in the manufacture and/or storage of electrical equipment. Also occupied by Ontario Machine, various lumber companies, coal yards, and multiple residential and commercial retail tenants. The Standard Oil Company occupied the property located approximately 100 feet to the west of the site.
