Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of vacant downtown tracts except for a few dilapidated houses. The property was first developed in 1872, when it was the location of the Steam Building for the Wisconsin Mill. The property is partially owned by BNSF, Silver City, and unknown owners. The Town of Silver City would like to create a heritage park on this property if it can acquire the parcel that BNSF currently ownes. (PPF - Wisconsin Mill)
