Additional Property Attributes

As of July 13, 2015, the property has been renovated and expanded to house a Texas Musician Museum and Outdoor Music Venue.

Former Use: The site was developed with a residence from at least 1942 until prior top 1949, when the existing commercial structure was developed on-site. The on-site commercial structure was utilized for several commercial operations including automotive service and neon sign manufacturing. The site building has been unoccupied since at least June 2012.
