Additional Property Attributes

Follow-on assessment beyond Ph I to be performed by local brownfields assessment grantee Arcadiana Regional Development Commission. The City of New Iberia wants to acquire and redevelop the site as either greenspace or a small disadvantaged business.

Former Use: William Fullerton - Timeless Treasures. Former service station site. A rhomboid shaped site of approximately 0.18 acres. Was a grocery store in the 1930 and a gas station from 1940 to 1987. The City of New Iberia is the present owner. Donated to the city from Mr. William Fullerton in May 2008.
