Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The history of the property a dry cleaning facility from 1960s-1990s and known residual contamination by PCE and its degradation products beneath the building is a Controlled REC (CREC), as the risk for vapor intrusion into the building is being mitigated by building�s slab, vapor barrier, and active SSD system. The system�s operation and performance, which as of winter 2019 appears to be preventing any indoor air quality impacts from PCE and its degradation products, is being reviewed by the VT DEC as part of their management of Site #94-1586.
