Property Highlights

Grant BF97165901 paid for property and topographic survey to assist City of Burlington with redevelopment planning. Grant also paid for building interior clean-up cost estimate and Corrective Action Plan. Building interior CAP was approved by VT DEC in March 2009. Based on approved CAP, VT DEC awarded City of Burlington with a technical assistance grant for partial clean up of building interior up to 100,000. State funded clean up of building interior started Spring 2009.
