Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Built in 1950�s, as the first joint city/county hospital and was used as such until the 1970�s. Became the City Office Center in the mid-1970�s to house administrative offices to the City of Las Cruces organization until its closure in April 2010. Currently vacant of occupants, but does have some files, office furniture, and electronic equipment stored within the building, that is planned for removal prior to any remediation on the building.
