Additional Property Attributes

The property is adjacent to a property currently enrolled in the state's voluntary remediation program (VRP) in which the state has place restrictions on the use and exposure of groundwater at the site. The property also is adjacent to a railway, two solid waste facilities, a former drycleaner, and several registered and closed USTs.

Former Use: The property is currently vacant and is comprised collectively of ~10.32 ac of dirt, gravel, grassland, scattered trees, drainage ditches, The northern portion of the site was a woodlot until it was cleared and graded for commercial development in 1996. There were two residences on the southern portion of the site until the mid-1980's.
