Additional Property Attributes

Former automobile fueling station.

Former Use: ~0.13ac of grassed flat land that was formerly used as an automobile gas station from the 1920's to mid-1990's. Property was acquired by the City for construction of a new fire station. Property is adjacent to a former onsite dry cleaners which is now an EPA Superfund site for cleanup of chlorinated solvents.
