Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is currently operated as Klamath River Jet Boat Tours which provides seasonal river tours on the Klamath River. The Subject Property is an active commercial property which has been used as a Jet Boat Tour operation beginning in the mid 1970s based on an interview in the Phase I ESA (YTEP, 2013). The area along the river edge is public property administered by the State Lands Commission. Most of the northern one-third of the Subject Property is used for parking and is mostly paved. The central portion of the Subject Property is occupied by the building housing the Jet Boat Tours office, an AST for fueling the boats, and a paved parking lot on the east side of the building. The rest of the central portion consists of the historic Smoke House and grassy areas used for customers' enjoyment and picknicking. The southern portion of the Subject Property has been cleared of most vegetation with some trees and brush. The parcel to the north of the Subject Property is occupied by a recreational vehicle park.
