Additional Property Attributes

Within the property there is a concrete structure, apparently dedicated to office or administrative functions. Several heavy equipment were observed, some of them seem to be out of service. Discarded parts (tires, batteries, spare parts) were observed scattered all over the parcel. Soil stains were observed in various points of the site. The site has been used as mechanic shop for heavy construction equipment for more than 25 years. Former Use: According to the information provided, the property was established in 1960 and has been used as a mechanic shop for construction equipment since that date.
