Additional Property Attributes

According to reviewed historical information, the approximately 9,000 square foot property was initially developed in the late 1890s as residential housing and horse corrals. The property continued to be used for these purposes until the Masonic Lebanon Lodge was built at the site in 1932. This building, now called the Stronghold Church, is still present on the property. The Phase I ESA identified a former gas station on the same block as the property. All tanks were removed and the gas station was granted NFA status. The Phase I also identified a former newspaper printing facility on an adjacent block. Due to the timing and duration of operation, before regulatory oversight for several decades, the printing facility was identified as a REC. UPDATE: Approximately 2015 or 2016 the property was vacated by the Stronghold Church and was converted to office space.
