Additional Property Attributes

The property is a vacant lot owned by the City of Las Cruces. The western site of the property has been used as source of fill dirt by unknown persons. The property has never been developed and no environmental contaminants were noted at the site. The city plans to use the lot for affordable housing.

Former Use: The property is an undeveloped vacant lot that is moderately vegetated on approximately two-thirds of its area. The western third of the property is not vegetated and has been used as a source of fill material. The City of Las Cruces acquired the property from the school district with the express purpose of developing it into affordable housing. The school district is the only previous owner and the site has never been developed.
