Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Former use of the Subject Property as a campground with a general store that dispensed motor fuel from two underground storage tanks, ultimately lead to the unauthorized release of product (1993). Remediation and clean-up occurred at the time of release and the case was closed in 2000 under the authority of Humboldt County LOP. � Current use of the Subject Property as RV Park and Campground includes a resident at the RV Park and Campground who has been allowed to perform auto repairs on site as a �Shade Tree Mechanic.�
