Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of two parcels on 0.28 acres. The northern parcel is a paved lot and the southern parcel includes 2 vacant buildings. The buildings are 3,300-square feet and 1,000-square feet. The buildings have been unoccupied since the early 1990s. The property has been a retail store, auto parts store, and photography studio. A Phase I ESA has been completed, and a Phase II ESA has been requested by the City of Raton. Future possible uses include a multi-use green space for community recreation and a venue for arts and culture.
