Property Highlights

Hartford Area Development Foundation (HADF) will be using it as an incentive to attract a business to Hartford that will be generating sales tax revenue. Depending on the business, there might be a need for SBA 504 Financing. And thus, the HADF is requesting Brownfields assistance in performing the Phase I assessment at the site.

Former Use: The Valley Central Coop owns lot 1-5 and in 2016, purchased lots 6-8 from the City of Hartford to build an office. These plans did not materialize. The City of Hartford and HADF have offered to buy back the lots from the Valley Central Coop pending environmental assessment results.
