Additional Property Attributes

The property is within the external boundaries of the Yurok Indian Reservation and located in a Timberland Production Zone (TPZ) but is not being managed commercially. The small area near the access road has been a rural residence with the remainder in second or third growth forest. The Subject Property contains National Wetlands including a 0.28 acre freshwater pond and Mawah Creek flowing from east to west through the middle of the Subject Property. The current use of the Subject Property is for a home with occasional timber felling for personal use. Additionally, the site has been used for household and solid waste disposal, both historically and currently ongoing.
