Property to be redeveloped as the city of Meridian's municipal services complex.

Former Use: Constructed in 1927 as an industrial creamery in heart of downtown Meridian. The site consists of 4 bldgs., a stack and several sheds. Building in the creamery consists of the main creamery bldg., autos for sale, 12, 55 gallon drums, 250 gal. (AST), and misc. items were observed inside & outside of site.
