Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is a relatively flat, gently sloping, rectangular parcel. A portion of the site is currently used by the Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Deparment for storage and maintenance offices, the remainder of the site is vacant. There are three older, one-story buildings on the site. The site was developed for commercial use prior to 1960; past uses of the site include a door manufacturing business, a heating and sheet metal business, livestock pens, a UPRR railroad spur and parking. By 1986, the site was mostly abandoned other than the three buildings on the eastern portion of the site.
