Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is a vacant, partially developed, gently sloping, .17 acre triangular parcel, with a 3,000 square foot, single story red brick building. The site was developed for commercial and light industrial uses prior to 1960; Wescott Oil corporation operated a bulk petroleum fuel storage facility on site. The UPRR railroad spur is adjacent to the site on the north. In addition to the UPRR facility, chemical and petroleum storage and transport facilities (Texaco, Mobil, American Oil) operated in the vicinity of the site from the 1960s.
