Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 2.57-acre site had two steel USTs and soil staining. One UST (approximate 500-gallon capacity) contained approximately 18-inches of heating oil and the other UST (approximate 2,000-gallon capacity) was empty. Soil staining was observed at numerous locations on the public right-a-way dirt pathway (crossing the Koutnik property) located adjacent to Rock Creek. A concrete batch plant was formerly operated on the property in the 1960s and early 1970s.
