Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is one of 5 parcels within an histiric mining district, including a town site. Idaho State Parks and Recreation has a 2-year option to purchase the 5 parcels (totaling 500 acres) for preservation as a State Park. The property is a rectangular, 62-acre parcel moderately to steeply sloped, and variously covered with conifers, mountain mahogany, sagebrush, and high desert shrubs and grass. This property contains several small adits and waste rock dumps, an ore chute and out buildings, etc.
