Additional Property Attributes

Arlo Luke purchased the property and is remodeling the interior and exterior. A new layer of asphalt was installed in the formerly bare dirt parking area. Mr. Luke is participating in both the Voluntary Cleanup Program And the Community Reinvestment Initiative Pilot. The installation of a soil vapor extraction unit was installed 3/3/08 and ozone sparging started 3/5/08.

Former Use: Until the late 1960s the land had a home built on it. The house was torn down in the 1960s and the lot was vacant until mid 1980 when the current owners bought it and constructed Mr. A's Cleaners. It has been used as a dry cleaning facility since Dec. 2006 when the Anderson's vacated it and sold it. It will open as a cleaning product store.
