Additional Property Attributes

The City of Twin Falls purchased the Site and other area properties to revitalize this abandoned industrial area located immediately south of historic �Old Town� and north of the natural amenity, Rock Creek. The city plans mixed recreational, retail, light commercial and residential uses for the area. The total Rock Creek Renewal Project area encompasses approx. 25 acres.

Former Use: The 0.51-acre Property is bordered by a former railroad spur and undeveloped land. Commercial and light industrial properties surround the property. Historic livestock stockyards were located southwest of the property.
