Additional Property Attributes

The City is redeveloping the property for a new $8.8M public works facility on the site.

Former Use: Until recently, the subject property has been used for strictly industrial purposes. Prior to the 1990's, APCO Mossberg APCO operated on the subject property and manufactured industrial tools from 1917, until the building burned to its foundation in 1987. Manufacturing operations included cadmium and cyanide plating baths, and two fuel oil underground storage tanks were located on-site. The Property has lied vacant ever since.
