Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The current building was constructed in 1966 and the property was used as an automobile service station and gasoline filling station and has been consistently use since. Two (2) aboveground floor lifts were located in the service garage bays. On September 1, 2011, a release notification was submitted reporting exceedances of the RCS-1 standard for 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene, benzene, 2-Methylnaphaline, and naphthalene. As a former automoblie service station and gasoline filing station investigation for petroleum contamination is warranted.
