Former Use: Current Description: Property is covered by grass, gravel and asphalt. Part of the old foundation remains in the center of the parcel and part of a walkway was observed towards the back of the parcel. There is no evidence of USTs or ASTs,and no staining was seen on the ground surface. Achievement of a Class A2 RAO indicates that extent of contamination, if any, was appropriately delineated and a permanent solution was achieved. No evidence of RECs for the subject property. History (based on Sanborn Map) 1908-Residential 1931 to 1989 - Store and concrete structure labeled rubbish. On northern portion of site there is a large garage (Auto Sales and Service) built in 1925 and four gasoline tanks. 1989 - Only the store remains and the Auto Garage is vacant and the gas tanks are no longer shown. 05/17/91 - City of Boston Forecloses on property. Property is vacant.
