Additional Property Attributes

The redevelopment plan for this property is to convert the former automobile repair use into a homeless shelter. At the time of writing (10/22/21) Hundred Night Shelter is applying for Community Development Block Grant funding. Other sources being tapped at the moment are private donations and CDFA tax credits. Hundred Nights is working with the Savings Bank of Walpole to obtain a construction loan, and there is an active application out for New Market Tax Credit. Will try to report this when these items are secured.
