Additional Property Attributes

This property is included in the East Billings Urban Renewal District, which is the grantee, Big Sky Economic Development Authority's BSEDA, and the City of Billings' effort to proactively address economic stagnation issues in the area east and adjacent to Downtown Billings. In addition, the East Billings Urban Renewal District will help implement the recommendations in the 1997 Downtown Billings work Plan. Grantee has no other relationship with the owner, other than the property being situated within the District's footprint.

Former Use: The Site is located along North 15th Street in Billings, Montana and lies in Township 1 North, Range 26 East, Section 33. The Site consists of eight separate parcels, each containing commercial/industrial automotive repair buildings and paved parking areas. The various properties have been used as commercial businesses from the 1940's. Beginning in 1979, the current owner purchased initial parcels of the property and have purchased adjacent parcels since that time and used the Site as automotive body repair and painting.
