RECs were identified as potential hazardous substances associated with a former dry cleaner and printing operations located on the property. The Phase II identified elevated levels of chlorinated solvents in the groundwater. The property is being entered into the KDHE Drycleaning Trust fund for further assessment and/or cleanup.
