Additional Property Attributes

The property is 1.7 acres of dirt, gravel, scrub forest, tidal creek, railway, and the remains of an old Coal Gasification Plant. Site was previously used for various operations such as the manufacture of agricultural tools and /or cinder-block and a foundry. Remnants of a coal gasification plant appear on the western boundary of the property. The property historically was also occupied by a dry kiln, warehouse and a junk yard.

Former Use: The former manufacturing building (agricultural implement foundry and most recently Jones and Ball Building Materials) historically located in the north-central section of the property, and the pattern shop supporting the foundry. The buildings are demolished. .
