Additional Property Attributes

Cleanup will allow redevelopment of the property as a multi-use fairgrounds, with facilities for recreational and cultural activities previously unavailavle to residents and visitors of Creed and Mineral County. The clenup will remove blight and promote community and economic development. The clenaup and redevelopment plans align with the ives of the community as outlined in the Creede and Mineral County Community Plan by diversifying the local economy, creating opportunities for tourist attraction during winter, and reclaiming a portion of lower Willow Creek.
