Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Arnold Plaza was built on the site in 1963 and was utilized until 2005 when Mohave County moved two offices to new quarters. The building has not been used for 11 years and is slowly deteriorating and is becoming an eyesore to the down town Kingman community. Trash is accumulating in the door areas and on the property. the roof is in disrepair and the fa�e is flaking. Asbestos, lead-based paint and mold have been identified in the interior of the facility. the roof has water leakage and several of the large air conditioning units have begun to sink.
