Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Preliminary research indicates that the site was once used for residential purpose, but was re purposed into a small car dealership in the early 1990s. The site facilities is primarily used for office space; however, a portion of the facility is dedicated to limited automotive maintenance for cars that will be resold. Environmental Due Diligence with limited sampling was conducted in 2017; however, no issues were found at the site. Interest in the site is to redevelop into small business retail or residential as downtown Tucson continues to develop. The previous report did recommenced the removal of a hydraulic lift if the site was to be redeveloped. If site were to be redeveloped or building renovated, an asbestos and LBP Survey would be warranted.
