One (1) industrial building totaling 5,620 square feet improves the Site, which was constructed in 1925. The Site building is currently unoccupied and appears vacant and abandoned. A paved parking area is located to the west and south of the Site building. According to historical reports, the Site was utilized since at least 1887 to the 2000s as a tannery. Previous occupants included: Spring Street Leather, Ideal Tannery, Ideal Leather Finishers, P.W. Smith & Sons, J.W. Rogers Leather Dresser, F. Hevey Skin Mill and Hevey & Foran Skin Mill.
