Additional Property Attributes

The Liphardt Property was initially investigated under the EPA USTFields Program. Petroleum products identified as diesel fuel and waste oil were detected in groundwater. The subject property and adjacent property to the west, which historically had a gasoline UST, are being investigated under the Iowa LUST Program. Subsequent soil sampling has not located a source are on either property and groundwater contaminant concentrations are below laboratory reporting limits. Former UST properties are located on the neighboring properties to the north, northwest, and west. (PPF � Liphardt Property, 7/26/06)

Former Use: The property was residentially developed and then occupied by a water tower.
