Additional Property Attributes

A few minor RECs were noted in the Phase I. The Grantee passed this along to a prospective purchaser. (Grantee Submission, 2/1/07)

Former Use: The property was developed in the 1980s as a wood processing facility with a kiln for drying lumber. The property was subsequently used as a pasta manufacturing facility. Currently the 35,000 square foot manufacturing building is occupied by two food product companies: Drew's All Natural and Mystic Pies.
