Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located close to Peterson's Detailing and Garage located on 2426 W. State Street. This adjacent property located across W. State Street, has been historically utilized as a service station, and could have potentially impacted the subject property. Other minor petroleum products and one 250-gallon aboveground storage tank containing heating oil were found on the subject property.

Former Use: The subject property consists of three adjoining parcels consisting of a funeral home, a garage and a parking lot area. According to the City Directory Abstract, the property was occupied by Cotta Pharmacy (1958), Mauk Rexall Drug (1964), One Stop West State Drug (1969), and Ponds Funeral Home (1975 to present).
