About the NPDES Permit Writers' Clearinghouse

The NPDES Permit Writers' Clearinghouse is an easily navigable web-based portal to help NPDES authorities make informed decisions for their permits. The NPDES Permit Writers' Clearinghouse is a searchable database containing links to resources such as permits, templates, and webinars that are shared by NPDES authorities.

The NPDES Permit Writers' Clearinghouse was developed by EPA’s Office of Wastewater Management and is populated and used largely by EPA Regions and States.
